ke dokter [lagi]

yoi, ke dokter lagi hari ini, huaaaa….. gara2 bentol2 merah nongol di kaki kiri, gatel, trus muncul di tangan juga ARGHHH. buang duit lagi. Malu-maluin baru itu dokter masuk, udah kenalin muka gue, gimana? udah baikan kan kemarin? kenapa lagi?……. Setelah kasih liat segala macam bentol yang terjadi, suspect dokter ternyata masih sama, virus nya nongol lagi haaaaa…………… kok bisa?

Si dokter mulai deh interograsi like usual..
Kecapean? Ngak
Stres pekerjaan? Ngak
Kurang tidur? Ngak
Olahraga teratur? Ngak banget HAHAHA…

Olahraga Bill, dokternya bilang gitu, dijamin sembuh kalo olahraga. “Lari di depan TV aja 5 menit udah cukup” gitu katanya…

beli vacuum cleaner

Yea..gue beli vacuum cleaner, kaget? takjub?… biasa aja kali.. ini salah satu dari banyak program menuju sehat gue yang tertunda hahaha…. Berhubung gue sering pilek tanpa sebab alhasil kilikan dari debu-debu jahat yang ada aja biar kamar udah dibersihin, kan enak tuh kalo bisa bersihin debu tapi bersihinnya bukan nyapu, tapi nyedot hehe…tinggal nut sedot semuaaa…. 

Jadilah gue beli Ergo-Rapido produk vacuum cleaner dari Electrolux, vacuum cleaner portabel yang wireless alias no cable. buat ukuran vacuum cleaner portabel sih harganya lumayan mahal sih huhuh.. tapi demi hidup sehat gue jabanin deh :P setelah nge-charge ±16 jam gue ngetes sedot sana-sini di kamar hahaha… ternyata kamar gue jorok banget yah :P Acara nyedot2 bakal seru kayaknya besok hehe….

Chili arghh…..

It is not my destiny to eat chili… why… that little damn red thingi cause lots trouble to me everytime i eat it. Let see… i think i have a really sensitive food processing metabolism hahah.. i cant eat at public “warteg“, my stomach will hurt in next day. I cant eat at Padang Restaurant (even the famous one), same reaction next day. I cant eat Gado-Gado (even with 1 piece chili), same reaction next day.

Yesterday i eat some fried noodle which accidentally added with green chili (i’m not blaming anybody, really *grin*), luckily my eyes is a good scanner one hehe… well the spicy taste is not a problem for me, but the reaction is REAL whahaha…. not even in 6 hours, i already must gone to bathroom to fullfil my unusual nature calls. I cant eat at night, my stomach sound like a monster inside of it. In time like this Norit is my saviour LOL….so i took 10 tablet of that carbo activatus, fell much better.

Today i only work half day, still not feeling too good, plus a headache, i prefer go home and take a nice sleep, better than must work unefficiently.
